Refund Policy
FrostPunchLabs requires full payment (100%) before any work begins. Because our services involve custom creative work tailored to each client, the following refund policy applies:
Before work begins If you cancel your project before production starts, you will receive a full refund (100%).
During early production (modeling/concept phase) If you cancel after work has begun but before the first draft is delivered, you will receive a 50% refund.
After first draft delivery Once the first draft or work-in-progress preview has been delivered, no refund will be issued. At this stage, significant time and creative resources have been invested in your project.
Project abandonment If a client becomes unresponsive for more than 14 consecutive days during an active project without prior notice, the project will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued.
Scope changes Major changes to the project scope (adding new products, changing creative direction, adding animation to a stills-only project, etc.) are not covered under the original agreement and will require a separate quote.
How to request a refund To request a refund, email us at hello@frostpunchlabs.com with your project details. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
This policy applies to all 3D product visualization and animation services provided by FrostPunchLabs. By submitting payment, you agree to the terms outlined above.
